Average experience, some issues
no knocking supplement fees
The breakfast had a wide selection.
The housekeeping entered my room without knocking one day to 'change the sheets'. They just said sorry. I had two bookings and was booked in a twin room and a queen bed room, instead they gave me the 'family room' and made me pay supplement fees for a friend and for the bigger room. it was NOT good.

clean room helpful staff poor air conditioning hidden entrance
The room was clean and quite spacious. The breakfast offered many options and the staff was very helpful.
The air conditioning struggled to keep up and it was very hot in our room. Also , the hotel entrance is not well indicated , it is on the side.

disorganized service barman attitude
the room was spacious and the outside terrace was nice.
the bar service felt disorganized, especially in the evenings. i waited twenty minutes to get served even when only a few people were at the bar (it was quite annoying). also, one afternoon the barman spent ten minutes on the phone while i tried to order drinks.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The balcony was very spacious and I appreciated having a hot tub. I found the staff to be friendly and professional and they spoke good English. The hotel was a short walk from the metro stop, convenient.

amazing roman retreat
helpful information clean room
the staff was nice and approachable. they provided us with a helpful information and a map of the city. rooms were very clean after each visit. the location offered a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to the metro.
